Halo 3: The Power of Saved Films

Let’s say I told you that I got a triple kill (killing three people within seconds of each other) with a sniper rifle from long distance and with one of those kills I couldn’t even see the person that was shot. You would probably call me a liar and tell me to prove it. Well thanks to the awesome Dev team at Bungie, that is now a possibility. Check out this insane sequence in the video and understand why I’m so excited about Saved Films. Now I just have to figure out a way to port all of this to my Mac I’ll be able to make an epic montage. Everything is better in a montage.

Note: This is not me nor did I play in this game. I found it over here. Also after you see it once, it’s pretty much the same just different angles the duration of the video.

That’s pretty neat. I’m glad games are starting have features like this now. Maybe someday soon saved films will be like multiplayer, in that if you’re game doesn’t have an option to save films it just won’t feel complete.

    Hooray for technology!
